Painting on Beacon Fell

This is one of my favourite spots to paint from. Beacon Fell is near the Forest of Bowland and has some brilliant views over Preston and the surrounding areas. It’s quiet and peaceful but it does get chilly towards sundown in the middle of April as I discovered by the end of this painting! 🥶
